These terms apply to your use of the reelconsulting.app website and to any emails or systems operated by Reel Consulting ("we," "us"), an independent software development and consulting business based in California. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Reel Consulting designs, builds, and maintains web applications for business clients. The specific scope, fees, and obligations for any client project are set out in a separate written agreement with that client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement controls.
Client systems and their users
Some systems we build are owned and operated by our clients. If you use one of those systems, your use is governed by the client's own terms and policies. We operate those systems on the client's behalf.
We send transactional email only, such as account invitations, password resets, and notifications triggered by activity in a system you use. We do not send marketing or promotional email, and we do not use purchased or third-party email lists.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website or any system we operate, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, introducing malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
Content on this website belongs to Reel Consulting unless otherwise noted. Ownership of work created for clients is governed by the applicable client agreement.
Disclaimer
This website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Reel Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for client work is governed by the applicable client agreement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
